Associational LeadershipFOR DIRECTORS OF MISSIONS/VOLUNTEER COORDINATORS:
1. Missions project forms as well as other useful forms are available to you under the REBUILD RESOURCES button can be submitted as an attachment to aldisasterreponse@gmail.com. The information will be formatted for promotion under your county/Baptist Association as they are received. You are expected to keep the SBOM update on the status of each project weekly. 2. If you choose to list your rebuild and other ministry projects on your website we will point volunteer teams to your website. Let us know by emailing us at aldisasterresponse@gmail.com with that information. 3. Background Checks? If you have VBS, BYBC or other ministry type projects will volunteer teams need to provide certification of their current background check? 4. Are you encouraging volunteer teams to provide their own insurance coverage? Insurance coverage may be purchased online from Gallagher Charitable International Insurance Services, www.aaintl.com. the cost for this coverage is $0.50 or $0.75 per person per day, depending on the amount of life and medical coverage you choose.
